Mix Social Marketing and Online Products to Create Wealth Building Assets

Pretty big statement, I know. Its absolutely true. I run across people, all day every day, who grind, grind, and grind some more — but never really start to affect their cashflow or wealth building. The smart ones, are using the power of today’s online marketing opportunities mixed with info products, online products, affiliate programs, and others to create wealth building assets. Yep, wealth building assets. Think about it, you might as well be a clock-puncher (yuck!), because that’s what your doing if your not creating opportunities for substantial residual income and wealth building. Assets give you a return on investment and if your any good at it, its return on investment grows over time. In other words, stop trading work for a dollars… The internet, whether your savvy or not, has a gazillion opportunities at your disposal…

Rarely do I share all my money making activities, but today I feel like it would best illustrate my point. My goal, in every activity I participate in, is to create wealth building assets. I use every tool that I teach my clients, to generate online income that is passive, residual, and long-term in nature. And it’s not about the technical knowledge - I have clients who barely use email, building wealth from their online activities… Work smarter, not harder

First and foremost, I plan and develop everything. EVERYTHING. I NEVER, EVER just jump… saves time, money, and energy For example, for every product I create, I’ve already planned the “life-cycle” of that product, including all the additional ways I can recycle that product and its content. I also plan during product creation, recognizing in advance, all the ways the product will be used. This kind of planning helps us generate more income per product over its entire lifespan, not just the initial sales.
We focus on products and assets that have the potential to be wealth building assets. eBooks (with plenty of affiliate links and such), Membership sites (these are great to recycle over and over, particularly the content), Forums and Online Communities (again, another great content/asset builder), Audio/Podcasts, Video, Web Applications and Tools (these are great for long-term income) and many more include our list of top wealth building online assets.
When we do linking across the net, I make sure all links direct to pages that are “hub” pages for each individual product — to the domain, not a single page that will likely be moved later on. This ensure that links are active for a longer period of time, thereby increasing the revenue potential over time.

Now listen, this list is certainly not exhaustive, but I think you get the point. It is to plan ahead and use EVERY opportunity to increase the lifespan of your income generating ventures. There are opportunities in the product/service design, development, and marketing… and so much more — look for them, seize them, and you’ll be a wealth generating machine in no time!
