The point that google might crawl flash-data is very interesting. I myself have a big website with a lot of flash-content. Even if google just get a low percentage of the flash-content, it would be an improvement for my site.

Thanks for putting this list together.The link to CopyBlogger is really useful, it´s hard to know exactly how much you need to boil down your blog posts in order to get right to the point.
If the post is too long, only a few people will read it and if it is too short people will not get the idea.
